the integration advice they received. Some components of our approach:
- Goal setting
advice — If you don't know why you want
to use APT, you won't get much value from it. Outlining
goals provides a critical foundation for working with presenters.
- Applications
advice — Once you know your goals, you need the
"how" to achieve them, through strategic use of
pre-programmed and impromptu questions. As a company with
extensive experience planning meeting agendas, Moss Cairns
is ideally suited to provide you this advice.
- Briefing materials for presenters/presenter communications — For
programs with multiple presenters, effective communications
in using APT is a must or your investment value is diluted.

- Question development/editing

with presenters — We often include a consultant
on site to help presenters/facilitators use APT well. This
is especially important in the first several meetings of a
longer series or when speakers can't be reached to develop
questions beforehand.
- Program facilitation
— We have extensive experience in facilitating interactive
meetings and often work in conjunction with client conveners,
frequently when the client is using APT for the first time.
- Data consultation
— How will you use the data you've collected? We'll
provide advice, strategies and report models to take the value
of APT beyond the meeting site.
